Jamey Harlow (Co-Owner) Head Coach Seniors

Jamey has been coaching for over ten years, she is certified through :

• National Council on Spirit Safety & Education at the Master Level
• US Allstar Federation Level 5 stunting, tosses, & tumbling
• ASEP Coaching Essentials & Sports First Aid
• USA Gymnastics National Safety Certification

She is a member of the NC Cheerleading Coaches Association, and the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Administrators.
She holds a certificate in Sport Psychology.  Jamey was a cheerleader herself for seven years, she studied dance for fifteen years, and has been featured in several magazines for various coaching articles.
Jamey has coached at rec, middle, high school, and All-Star levels.

Katey Kelley- Juniors Head Coach

Katey is a recent graduate of USC where she was a Gamecocks Co-Ed Cheerleader. She has been judging for Cheersport for several years, and cheered for Charlotte Allstars as a member of there Teal "All Girl Level 5" team through High School. Katey is such a fantastic addition to our staff!

Paige Harshbarger - Minis Head Coach

Paige is a Senior at Parkwood High School and a member of Carolina Elite Cheer & Tumble's Senior Allstar Team. Paige was Miss All-American Cheerleader 2009.  Paige has been cheerleading since age 7, including Parkwood High School Varsity. She is a member of Key Club and Vice President of her Senior Class.  Paige's academic achievements complement her athleticism and we are proud to have this young lady molding our younger members.    

Leah Maynor - Youth and Junior Assistant Coach

Leah is a Graduate of Parkwood High School and a Freshman in College. She was a member of Carolina Elite Cheer & Tumble's Senior Allstar Team for 4 years, as well as Parkwood High School Varsity.  Leah has been a cheerleader since age 9.  She has 10 years of dance experience.  She is a well rounded student athlete who sets a great example for our younger students.

Taylor Cattell- Youth Assistant Coach

Taylor is a Sophomore in High School this year, she has been a cheerleader since age 11. She was captain of her 8th grade cheerleading team and captain of her High School JV Cheerleading team. Taylor has been with Carolina Elite Cheer & Tumble since its inception in 2007. She is currently a member of our Senior team. We are pleased to have Taylor helping to build our youth team up this year!

Hannah Maynor- Minis Assistant Coach

Hannah is a Freshman at the Central Academy of Arts and Technology, where she will continue her studies in dance. Hannah has been a cheerleader since she was 8 years old and she has been a member of Carolina Elite's Senior All Star team for 4 years! We are excited to have her working with our youngest athletes!

Paige Thompson- Juniors Assistant Coach

Paige cheered Varsity at Parkwood High School where she was Captian of her team, that is also where she first met Jamey. Paige then became a part of the very first Carolina Elite Cheer & Tumble senior team! She then attended college at UNC Wilmington where she cheered her first two years of school. She began to travel in the "semester at sea" program as she pursued her degree in teaching. We are so proud to see Paige return home to C.E.C. this time as a coach and teacher rather than a student and cheerleader! Paige is a great example for our students!
