Jamey has been coaching for eight years, she is certified through :

Jamey has been coaching for eight years, she is certified through :
- National Council on Spirit Safety and Education at the master level
- US All Star Federation level 5 stunting, tosses, and tumbling
- ASEP coaching essentials and Sport First Aid
- USA Gymnastics National Safety Certification
She is a member of the NC Cheerleading Coaches Association, and
the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and
Administrators. She holds a certificate in Sport Psychology. Jamey
was a cheerleader herself for seven years, she studied dance for
fifteen years, and has been featured in several magazines for
various coaching articles. Jamey has coached at rec, school, and All-
Star levels. She will be coaching tumbling classes and all level 4 and
higher senior teams for Carolina Elite.

Jessica Helms (Juniors Coach)
Jessica has always had a passion for cheerleading and
gymnastics. She started at five years old and cheered
through all four years of High School. She has been
competitive on the National level in Cheer and
Gymnastics. Jessica has won awards from Show
stoppers for Dance and gymnastics, she has also won
awards through NCA for Cheerleading. She has been
awarded "All American Cheerleader". We are very
excited to have Jessica on staff.

Madison Phillips (Youth Coach)
Madison has been cheerleading since an early age, she
cheered all three years of middle school. Upon moving to
the high school she cheered on Varsity her freshman and
sophomore years. This is her second season on the senior
co-ed team here at C.E.C. She is a 2008 National
Cheerleader of the Year Nominee. Madison has coached at
the middle school level for two consecutive years. She is a
gifted athlete and positive influence to her cheerleaders
both as a coach and as a peer. Our youth team is very
fortunate to have Madison as our 07-08 coach!

Nikki Harlow (Mini's Co-coach)
Nikki Harlow is no stranger to performing in front of crowds. She
studied dance for 10 years, dancing in large productions like West
Side Story. Teaching our little ones to be comfortable and work
the crowd comes rather easy to her. Nikki has a passion for
teaching children, and she brings a "perfect balance" to the mini
team.
